DELIVERIES & PARCEL TRACKING
We professionally ship TJILI's artwork (Originals, Special Editions and Bamboo Prints) and Gifts in protective packaging and engage the most reputable and trusted couriers to safely deliver orders in UK and worldwide.
We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 business days. We endeavour to keep a small amount of stock available but occasionally we may run out temporarily. We also need TJILI to hand-sign her Special Editions and Certificates of Authenticity before despatching these orders. If we cannot despatch your order within 3-5 business days, for example due to fine-art prints being produced or TJILI not being unavailable (she does occasionally travel in the UK and overseas), we will notify you and provide an indication on when the artwork should be available. Please contact us to discuss any inventory queries or to request to reserve items that may be shown as 'out of stock'.
DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
Deliveries within the UK usually arrive 1-2 days after despatch. Packing and shipping is calculated at checkout, and usually costs £7-12 depending on size and weight. Note: it costs very little extra to ship additional or larger items. For example to ship an A2 print vs A4 print, or 8 calendars rather than 1 calendar, costs only £1 extra within the UK. It's the same with most of TJILI's store items; from artwork to cards to gifts.
International orders usually arrive from 2-3 days (most of Europe) to 5-8 days (e.g. US, rest of world outside of Europe) after despatch, depending on geographic location. Packing and shipping is calculated at checkout and charges depend on size, weight and destination. Note: it costs very little extra to ship additional or larger items. For example to ship an A2 print vs A4 print, or 8 calendars rather than 1 calendar, costs £0 extra to the USA. It's the same with most of TJILI's store items; from artwork to cards to gifts.
PO BOX ADDRESSES
We suggest to avoid using PO Box addresses for shipping as some delivery offices refuse to receive parcels on behalf of their clients should they need to sign for them. If you have to use a PO Box, please make sure that your PO Box service accepts deliveries where a signature is required upon delivery.
TJILI's Originals, Special Edition giclée prints, and Bamboo Prints are professionally packed with additional layers of protection to avoid potential creasing or water damage. Gifts and other items are packed in protective rigid envelopes or reinforced cardboard boxes.
ORDER STATUS & SHIPMENT TRACKING
As soon as you have placed your order we email to confirm your order number and invoice details.
All deliveries are registered and come with tracking information. Once your order has been despatched we email to confirm that shipment is on its way, and provide your tracking number and a link to the courier's website so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within the expected delivery time please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier company promptly.
Local customs offices have the right to inspect all parcels shipped from overseas before releasing for delivery. That can cause a slight delay which would be shown in your tracking status.
Local customs offices may impose additional charges before releasing parcels for local delivery outside the United Kingdom. In that case the courier company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by leaving a card at your delivery address to notify you about the charges. Any such local taxes or duties are to be borne by the customer.
We would advise you to enter your primary local contact number upon registering with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.
We take full responsibility for any loss or damage occurring during delivery. We have basic insurance that covers the cost of sending replacements for any Special Editions and merchandising / gifts that become lost or damaged in transit. Originals are one of a kind and we are looking into more comprehensive insurance options for such items. Originals are of course one of a kind and cannot be replaced so, in the event of such items becoming lost or damaged in transit, we will refund your order.
